High Technology SMD composition can work with 20.000 CPH speed according to IPC Standards, SMD Composition can perform leaded or unleaded soldering process according to the customers' needs and requests.
SMD composition Line can perform from 0,402mm thick microchips up to 15cm height components. Our SMD lines precision.
PCBs produced with SMD Composition are heated in a reflow oven with a 12 heating section, 6 at the top and 6 at the bottom and can be adjusted from room temperature up to 350 °c with ±1 °c heat precision. With this technology PCB composition can be done in a best way according to required thermal profile.
After reflow oven, PCBs are checked one by one with a special microscope for any defects. If there is a defected PCB its corrected and delivered with no defect.
Al SMD Composition and soldering is done according to IPC Standards at the production facility covered with antistatic floor (ESD) and equipped with technical materials according to Antistatic (ESD) requirements with experienced personnel.
